Thirsties Booty Luster is full of skin conditioners such as avocado, coconut, aloe, and vitamin E.
It’s no secret I love Thirsties brand diapers. Well, I recently got the chance to try a bottle of Thirsties Booty Luster cloth wipe solution and 6 Thirsties Fab Wipes, too. You guys know I’m a fan of making my own cloth wipe solution, but I was still looking forward to trying Thirsties’ Booty Luster wipe solution, because it’s full of skin conditioners, and my homemade solution is a little more stripped down. So, here is my experience using this solution and these wipes for several weeks:
Booty Luster: The bottle is bigger than I expected it to be, which is a nice surprise. I found that it didn’t clean big messes off baby girl’s skin as well as my homemade solution, because my solution contains liquid soap, but it does pamper her skin with vitamin E, avocado, aloe, and coconut water–yum. Baby girl seemed to cough quite often when I sprayed this solution directly on her behind, though, because it made such a fine mist that the solution ended up in the air, so I would recommend this solution if you like to spray solution on your wipes or soak them, not for spraying on baby.
Fab Wipes: These wipes are colorful and made of a very thick, super-soft velour, which keeps your hands dry during diaper changes and is extra-sweet to baby’s skin. I like using these at night when I can’t see what I’m doing as well, because they cover my hand nicely and just get the job done. They’re also great for when baby girl has a rash, because they won’t make her skin more raw. For some reason these wipes never stain, either, so they come out of the wash looking just as bright and cheerfully colorful as they were brand new. So, even though I repeatedly reach for Fab Wipes to clean up the biggest messes, they always look great when they come out of the dryer.
Thirsties Fab Wipes are rainbow-colored super-soft velour. Yum.
