How I Lanolized a Fitted… :)

Nifty Nappy Woolie Wrap

THIS is a Woolie Wrap, made from super-soft upcycled wool. :)

You remember a week or two ago when I told you I’d explain my strange assertion that I had in my possession an Ooga Booga Woolie Wrap? Yeah, about that. :) Nifty Nappy sent me a Christmas red and green Ooga Booga print fitted for testing during the 29 Diapers’ 29 Days of Christmas, but it came with lanolizing instructions! Silly me thought I must have received a new kind of Woolie Wrap with a cotton print on top! Should have double-checked. :) I even lanolized it and tested it as a cover! (It works great, though it’s a little trim to put over a prefold, lol.) So please don’t flood Vilate with requests for the new Ooga Booga print Woolie Wrap! It’s a good old fitted–and a really good one at that. My daughter calls it the buggahbuggah diaper and requests it by name, which is pretty impressive considering she’s 19 months. Hooray for Nifty Nappy–not so much for my detective skills.

Moving on… I also wanted to let you know that I just posted a few more articles to the sidebar of this site. A full explanation of wool care (though please use this for your wool covers, not your fitteds–ha!) and a static page with the Diaper Shells/Covers Are Made of ?? info recently posted on the blog. Thanks so much for being readers! I’ve got a couple more great giveaways coming up for you, plus some very special events.
